We’re growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-obsessed Project Manager to join us part-time and help keep our studio humming, our clients socials thriving, and our projects moving.
This role is for you if…
You’ve got design agency experience (min. 3 years) and know how to keep multiple plates spinning.

You’re as comfortable building a social post as you are proofreading packaging back of pack copy.

You thrive on structure, spotting the teeny tiny details, deadline delivery, spreadsheets, looping everyone in, and doing things properly.

You love to go above and beyond for clients and put their needs first.
What you’ll be doing
Social media content creation and implementation, studio management, and finance tasks including:
Social Media
Writing and posting organic and paid content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for 2–3 clients
Studio Support
Scheduling projects and managing our remote design studio’s workflow

Writing design briefs and timelines

Reviewing creative and liaising with clients on feedback

Proofread creative work and website updates
Admin & Finance
Collating studio time sheets

Preparing month-end invoices
********
Keeping shared project folders in check
Client Liaison
Keep our clients in the loop with clear, concise weekly status updates

Create timing plans that keep projects (and people) on track
********
Share creative and final artwork files

The Practical Bits
Hours are 9am-1pm, Monday – Friday, would consider one or two afternoons, so 1pm – 5pm.

Ideal if you can work initially from our office in Maresfield, East Sussex 3 days a week for the first 3 months, remote from there onwards if that suits.

(potential to be employed after 6–12 months)

Hourly rate - £25, total pay per day = £100 per day, paid monthly.
